President of UAE receives Iraqi PM during Jeddah Security Summit

On the sidelines of the Jeddah Security and Development Summit, which is taking place in Jeddah at the moment, UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received Dr. Mustafa Al Kadhimi, Prime Minister of Iraq. As part of their meeting, President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed and Dr. Al Kadhimi discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations to serve the interests of their countries. They also discussed how to advance cooperation and coordination across various development, economic, and investment areas. Additionally, they discussed a number of regional and global issues of mutual concern.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court, H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Dr. Sultan bin Ahmed Al Jaber, Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology, Dr. Anwar Gargash, Diplomatic Adviser to the UAE President, Ali bin Hammad Al Shamsi, Deputy Secretary-General of the Supreme National Security Council, and Khaldoun Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Executive Affairs Authority. Attending from the Iraqi side were Ali Allawi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Fuad Hussein, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ihsan Abdul Jabbar Ismail, Minister of Oil, and Alaa Al Jabouri, Minister of Trade.
